Etaily Partners with Pos Malaysia to Launch Integrated Digital Commerce and Logistics Platform for Enterprise Brands in Malaysia

Etaily, a digital-native retail platform for Southeast Asia, has signed a strategic partnership with Pos Malaysia Berhad (“Pos Malaysia”), Malaysia’s national post and parcel service provider and one of the country’s most established logistics and warehousing operators with nationwide reach across urban and rural Malaysia, to deliver integrated digital commerce, media, livestreaming, and fulfillment solutions for global and regional brands entering Malaysia.

MANILA & KUALA LUMPUR — Etaily, a digital-native retail platform for Southeast Asia, has signed a strategic partnership with Pos Malaysia Berhad (“Pos Malaysia”), Malaysia’s national post and parcel service provider and one of the country’s most established logistics and warehousing operators with nationwide reach across urban and rural Malaysia, to deliver integrated digital commerce, media, livestreaming, and fulfillment solutions for global and regional brands entering Malaysia.

The collaboration will support brands entering and scaling in the Malaysian market through Pos Fulfill, Pos Malaysia’s endtoend fulfillment service launched in 2022, designed to support both B2B and B2C supply chain requirements. Powered by Pos Malaysia’s nationwide logistics and warehousing network, Pos Fulfill delivers integrated fulfilment capabilities including warehousing, inventory management, order fulfilment, pickandpack operations and lastmile delivery, providing brands with a reliable, scalable and nationwide fulfilment ecosystem across Malaysia.

The partnership marks the first time a major Southeast Asia logistics provider has partnered with a digital commerce operator to create an end-to-end, unified operating platform—combining Pos Fulfill's 10,000 sqm of dedicated warehouse facilities to Etaily's proven e-commerce and livestreaming infrastructure.

Under this partnership, enterprise brands in Malaysia can now access:

  • Unified e-commerce operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and D2C channels

  • Livestreaming commerce infrastructure powered by Etaily's proven systems

  • Dedicated logistics and fulfillment through Etaily x Pos Fulfill's warehouse network

  • Performance benchmarks matching or exceeding market-leading KPIs established across Etaily's other Southeast Asia operations

The partnership begins immediately, with several enterprise brands in the Beauty & Fashion category already entering Malaysia through the platform.

Why This Partnership Signals a Market Shift

Malaysia's e-commerce market is growing 25%+ annually, but remains fragmented. Most global brands entering the market face a critical operational challenge: they must assemble a complex vendor ecosystem—separate marketplace operators, separate fulfillment partners, separate media buyers—each operating independently, each optimizing for different KPIs.

The result is operational complexity, higher costs, slower decision-making, and inconsistent customer experience.

The Etaily × Pos Malaysia partnership changes this equation by creating a unified operating model: one integrated platform combining digital commerce, media, livestreaming, and logistics under one operational framework.

"This is how modern brands should be entering Southeast Asia — through integrated, scalable systems." said [Alexander Friedhoff, Etaily CEO and Founder]. "Instead of assembling fragmented vendor teams across logistics, marketplace operations, and marketing, brands can now enter Malaysia with a single, integrated partner who controls the full customer journey—from digital marketing through livestreaming to fulfillment. Pos Malaysia's commitment to dedicated warehouse capacity and operational excellence aligns perfectly with Etaily's mission to be the operating system for brands scaling Southeast Asia."

“Pos Malaysia plays a critical role in enabling brands entering the Malaysian market, as well as emerging local businesses, to operate and scale successfully. Through Pos Fulfill, our dedicated endtoend fulfillment solution, brands gain access to Pos Malaysia’s warehousing, logistics and lastmile delivery network across the country. This partnership further strengthens Pos Fulfill as a trusted platform, enabling faster market entry, scalable operations and reliable service for consumers,” said Charles William, Group Chief Sales Officer of Pos Malaysia.

The Operating Model: Proven Processes, Local Execution

Etaily brings to this partnership operational processes and systems refined across the Philippines, Singapore, and regional markets—validated by multiple brand wins and recognized by leading channels including Shopee and TikTok for consistent performance and innovation.

These systems deliver market-leading performance benchmarks:

eB2B2C Lead Time

These benchmarks reflect Etaily's operational philosophy: operational excellence drives online visibility, which drives sales velocity.

By operating against these KPIs from day one, brands entering Malaysia through Pos Malaysia gain immediate competitive advantage over fragmented competitors still assembling their vendor teams.

Pos Malaysia: Operational Excellence in Logistics

Pos Malaysia through Pos Fulfill brings complementary strengths: 10,000 sqm of dedicated warehouse space optimized for Fashion and FMCG categories, modern logistics infrastructure, and deep operational expertise managing high-volume fulfillment across Malaysia's geography.

By pairing Pos Malaysia's logistics infrastructure with Etaily's e-commerce and media systems, the partnership creates a seamless fulfillment experience:

  • Integrated inventory: Warehouse inventory syncs in real-time with marketplace inventory, preventing overselling

  • Optimized picking and packing: Inventory management systems coordinate with wave planning and customer service

  • Coordinated shipping: Real-time shipping coordination across domestic and regional carriers

  • Unified returns processing: Returns flow back into inventory management and customer service workflows

Enterprise Brands Entering Malaysia

The partnership is already operational, with several enterprise brands entering Malaysia through the platform. These brands benefit from:

  • Day-one operational excellence: Launch with market-leading fulfillment and marketplace performance benchmarks, rather than building capability over time

  • Integrated media and commerce: Marketing budgets tied directly to inventory availability and demand forecasting, improving media efficiency

  • Localized livestreaming: Livestreaming commerce infrastructure proven across Southeast Asia, adapted to Malaysia's consumer preferences and platform dynamics

  • Speed to profitability: Unified operations reduce time-to-profitability compared to assembling fragmented vendor teams

Strategic Significance: The Operating System Thesis

This partnership validates Etaily's core thesis: Southeast Asia's most sophisticated brands are moving toward integrated operating partners rather than assembling fragmented vendor ecosystems.

Historically, brands entering a new market would hire local teams and assemble vendors. This approach creates three problems:

  • Slow decision-making (multiple vendor relationships, multiple approval gates)

  • Operational complexity (separate systems for logistics, marketplace ops, media)

  • Higher costs (duplicated functions across vendors)

Unified operating partners solve this by combining logistics, e-commerce operations, and media under one framework, with one data system, one P&L, and one decision-making process.

The Etaily × Pos Malaysia partnership is the first partnership of this kind in Malaysia—combining a major logistics provider with an integrated e-commerce operator to create a turnkey market entry platform for global brands.
